How can I choose the right size?
There's a size chart on every product page. If It's your first order, we strongly suggest to measure your garments and make sure the size you get is the closest to that. This way you will ensure that the fitting is perfect.
How should I care for my Moncay garments?
Always wash them inside out in cold water using neutral detergents. Avoid bleach, soaking, and direct sunlight when drying. Do not tumble dry or iron directly on the print — use low heat and a protective cloth if ironing is required.
What do I need to do if I receive a defective product?
We work really hard to make sure all our products meet the highest quality standards. If you receive a defective item please contact with info@moncaybrand.com and explain your situation. Make sure to upload photos of the defects and write your order number.
